Take advantage of incentives, grants and loans to help improve your home’s performance and lower your utility bills through energy savings.

Canada Greener Homes Grant

Developed by Natural Resources Canada, homeowners can receive up to $5000 in grants for upgrades to their home. Eligible upgrades include insulation, windows and doors, heat pumps, air sealing, windows and doors, smart thermostats, and solar panels.

Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate

Homeowners can get up to $5000 in rebates to help lower energy costs and make it more comfortable year-round. Eligible upgrades include heating and cooling, insulation, hot water tank windows and more.

Home Energy Loan Program (HELP)

A low interest finance program created by the City of Toronto. Homeowners can get a loan up to $125,000 to cover the cost of home improvements

What is an Energy Audit?

Performed by one of our Registered Energy Advisors, we will conduct a home energy evaluation and review your home from top to bottom. Through this audit, we are able to calculate the total energy consumption of your home and identify areas where you can improve and ultimately save you money.

Our registered energy advisor will evaluate your home by assessing key area in the house. They will inspected your home’s insulation levels, heating and hot water systems, windows and doors and the overall air tightness of the house.

After the audit, you will be provided a Homeowner information sheet and a detail report on the efficiency of your home, along with recommendations for improvements {insert sample HOIS and sample report}
